We had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel recently and were very impressed with the overall experience. The hotel is located on a hill, providing stunning views of the lovely town below. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable sitting area and a terrace where we could relax and enjoy the surroundings. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also appreciated the extensive range of amenities available, including a spa & wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a variety of dining options.

Beautiful location with amazing views and great walking trails nearby. The staff is friendly and professional. Food is simple but nice, and the breakfast selection is good.
The spa facilities are old and need updating, and the smoke from the oven outside makes sitting outside unpleasant. High wine prices make enjoying a bottle with dinner difficult.

We celebrated Christmas at this hotel and loved the simple but tasty food. the breakfast selection was good, with delicious bread, pastries, fruit, and yoghurt. the location is key, with stunning views of castles, green meadows, and mountains. the hotel grounds and walking trails are lovely, with plenty of apple orchards to enjoy. We also appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere and great spa/wellness amenities.
The bathroom essentials were limited, with no separate shower gel, conditioner, or body lotion available. the spa facilities were also quite old.
